This site was created through a Crooked Creek Community Council Board Resolution on October 15, 1997 and was On-Line November 7, 1997.

The Project is developed and steered by the Internet Committee, with a mandate to provide information, resources, and tools through the medium of the World Wide Web, consistent with the Vision and Mission of the Crooked Creek Community Council, Inc. Indianapolis, IN, to the residents of the Crooked Creek Community.
