How to Place Ads

Ads can be posted for a fee of $10.00 per month. Photographs can be placed for an additional one time fee of $10.00 each.

Classifieds will be limited to 30 words per ad and one photograph per entry.

Ads will remain posted for a period of one month from the time of receipt of payment.
Crooked Creek Community Council, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any ad, based solely upon the site administrator's discretion.

Guidelines for Photographs

Send photographs along with payment and a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Crooked Creek Community Council, Inc. and any of it's duly appointed agents shall not be liable or responsible for any lost or damaged material submitted.

When selecting pictures to send in, be sure that they are no larger than 5"x7". Larger photos should be reduced using a color photocopier. If the picture was taken by a professional photographer, you need to check to ensure that you have permission to use it since most photographers retain a copyright on their work. Remember to send your pictures, the text of your ad, payment and any Copyright Release Forms in a photo mailer. This will protect your pictures from damage during shipping. You can get a good photo mailer at the post office or at many office supply stores.

One final comment on sending pictures. If you have any irreplaceable photos, DON'T SEND THEM TO US. It's much safer to get a color photocopy made and send that in. We can't control how your photos are handled by the post office, and while we go to extreme measures to care for your photos while scanning, we cannot accept responsibility for them.
