Commitment that a wetlands assessment be completed in cooperation with IDEM.

Commitment that petitioner will develop their drainage plans in conjunction with surrounding area’s drainage projects as deemed appropriate by DPW.

 

Sanitary Sewers

Commitment that sanitary sewers will be extended to this site.

 

Traffic Guard

A traffic guard will direct traffic at peak periods of activity including and in addition to Sunday services at each entrance and exit at this site.

 

Private Drive

The private drive leading south to Kessler Blvd will be made available to any future development on this site.

Notice of Future Development
